OT: More Details on Grahams contract at ASU

Arizona State: Todd Graham's contract highlights...5 years at $2 million ($600,000 is base salary, $1.4 million in additional comp from endorsements, etc...). Base salary will increase by $50,000 on Jan 1 2013 and every year thereafter. ASU will pay $1 million to cover his "opt out" at Pitt. If he terminates the contract, ASU can require him to pay up to $1 million if he takes another NCAA coaching job. The contract stipulates that even if he terminates the agreement, he can not accept a head coaching position at another Pac-12 school before December 2016. $25k bonus if they get to Pac-12 Championship game, another $75k if they win. 1 month pay (of the $2 million) if they get to a non-BCS bowl. $250,000 for playing in a BCS bowl, $100k extra if they win. $500,000 for playing in the National Championship game, an additional $250k if they win it. etc...

Maybe it's just me, but I find it hard to compare Graham to Urban.

Especially because Meyer's one-year base is more than all of graham's base salary.
