I could see him as a DC in the pros, but certainly not as a head coach. Probably means Jerry Jones will hire him to replace Garrett.

Thats absolutely absurd. Schiano's strength is undoubtedly his ability to sell. He's a salesman (of snake oil if you ask me). Take his recruiting ability away and you have what exactly? He would be a disaster in the NFL (not that it will ever happen).
