I'm confused by Bilas. First he seems to be goading the NCAA to take some action in regards to MSU/Nassar, then when they do he says he doesn't believe the NCAA should be involved. Seems like he just wants to rehash the position that they never should have gotten involved in the PSU case.

Is Bilas making a play for Emmert's job?

I don't think Bilas has any position at this point beyond taking the opposite stance of the NCAA on every issue. I like Bilas, but it's become tiring and predictable.
