how do you know this excuse is legit... thAts the problem w the system. Its all pretense. There should be hard rules. The subjectiveness is what breeds the disparate treatment.

btw, im extremely sympathetic to ppl w disabilities but ive known ppl over the years who have taken advantage.

Yeah, where everyone is getting a free year of eligibility, making a transfer sit makes absolutely zero sense.
