I wouldn't get too excited about this.
This BC blog picked up on an ND student newspaper article.
Every other outlet is reporting basically the same thing from the original ND article in the Observer.

No real problems here I think other than some normal grousing.
ND got a national TV hockey deal with NBC Sports out of the realignment to Hockey East. The move also fits in well with the move of the basketball and Olympic programs to the ACC.
This was a student author's opinion piece with two things in it said by Jackson.
Maybe I am wrong, but I doubt Jack Swarbrick is going to move ND hockey anywhere, especially with NBC Sports paying to televise every ND home hockey game.
