A few weeks back I was in the airport in Pittsburgh returning from a business trip. as I passed trhough security I saw a voice mail had come in. It was Mrs. C in tears asking me to call immediately. Well, I thought I knew what was happening but you can never be sure! Got through security and as suspected, she had woken up to find our 14 year old Lhasa Apso, Heidi, had passed away during the night. As I travel extensively for work and the kids are long gone, Mrs. C and Heidi were constant and very close companions so she took the loss especially hard.

We were on a waiting list with a breeder for a new Lhasa and received a call that a previous customer of the breeder was moving to a no pets apartment and had called asking for help re-homing her 2 year old.

Now for some reason, Mrs. C thinks I don't care for pets so she had to grease the skids a bit and to make a long story short, we welcomed "Pearlie" into our family today. Now I just need to find a #31 Syracuse jersey that will fit a 12 pound puppy! [ATTACH=full]68364[/ATTACH]
