This is from May of 2017, any updates on what came of the incident?

Heard a doctor on the radio this morning talking about this. It's the heroin laced with fentanyl that's killing people. Fentanyl is cheaper, but more potent, so the dealers are mixing it in. If someone OD's, which is happening something like once every 20 minutes, you need 4X the amount of Narcan but the 1st responders dont know if fentanyl is involved or not.

Where are they selling these? I didnt think heroin's ROA was eating. Other than the OC the doctors deal. Still, I am intrigued. How do they taste?
