..and this has nothing to do with News Corp's Fox News division..so don't go that route.

But it WILL be like your cable news. ESPN will have jackass #1, Fox Sports will have #2...and both will have a competition to see who yells louder.

and CBS (who just got Rome) and NBC will have their yellers...and we'll have a bunch PTIs

HOORAY. Can't wait.
 
People are dumb and it resonates well with lowest common denominator audience. There's a reason Fox News is #1 when all it is is somebody coming in for an interview and then getting yelled at and cutoff. Basically what was crap TV before (Jerry Springer) is now mainstream and spreading.

It's not because it's Fox, it's because that type of programming is the most popular. Everyone will emulate what brings viewers.
