Buffalo is a tough place to win given the ownership and complete incompetence of the front office.  As for him not getting along with everyone I haven't defended it I've merely stated that it is irrelevant and I don't really much care.  For a backwards franchise with a losing culture like Buffalo it's probably a badge of honor.  We'll see if the Pigulas bring anything different but that remains to be seen, but it seems like trading in 1 middling coach for another is hardly a step in the right direction.
