Saw this article this morning about the building that houses Mully's in Armory Square. Looks like one of the partners in the project is former SU safety Steve Gregory (at least I'm almost certain they are one in the same):

Yes its him...When he first bought that building a year or 2 ago I would see him in the area frequently. The building has been empty since they bought it.
