I have a kid at Syracuse and a kid at Michigan State. I know it’s a small sample, but SU is not #1 at partying amongst those two. Marshall Street is dead, the frat scene is dying, and there are just so many ways/places to drink natty light...these rankings are a joke

I remember when I was in hs I came home one day with a u of Miami brochure and my parents said over our dead bodies. If su was the number one party school back then they wouldn't let me apply. Although you can find good parties anywhere.

This is very true. Most of the bars have shut down since the late 1990s/early 2000s. What is the rest of the criteria? The Greek scene is not nearly as big as other schools either...
