RB Will Stanback said among the schools he would be interested in are UF, FSU, UGA, UNC, UVA and VT.

Stanback says he’s blocked from transferring to FIU, FAU, GT, Michigan, Maryland, Stanford, BYU and Texas.

This is still one of the most ridiculous rules in college football. I (kind of) get it for a voluntary transfer, but you kick the kid off of your team so he can't play for you and you STILL get to block him from specific schools? In that instance the kid should have all options on the table for him.
