Unbelievable. No way NIL should be allowed for HS kids. Can commerce be regulated for minors without the courts getting up in arms?

I can tell you for a fact that this has been happening for a long time here in Texas. My school district currently has 9 High Schools. They are all huge, Division 6 public schools. ONE of them is a perennial National Top 25, multi-state title, been on ESPN and has won the district championship something like 18 out of the last 20 years. It's also the OLDEST school in the district in the oldest part of the city. So, how is it they are always top dog? We all know.
