There were a bunch of reasons why the offense imploded the last third of the season last year, not just the QB. But you know that to.

those are just facts. those are his numbers at home in the big east. 55 nfl qb rating.

in all conference games as a starter home and away, he completes 53%, 157 yards per game, 30 attempts per game, 7 tds, 8 int.

his two best games against good teams (one conference game, one out of conference) were 45-14 and 38-17 losses. not his fault they lost, but do we want to care too much about qb performance in games they lose by 3 or 4 td?

you guys hang your hat on those games and 1AA defenses like Maine, URI and Kansas State
