obviously, we have to do well in the ACC tourny but we are in position to - we have a pretty good team - certainly a dangerous team - just dug ourselves into a hole the first half of the season

So Lunardi now says we need 2 wins in ACCT to have a real shot.
Looks like we are locked in to the damn 8-9 game against either Duke or NC State. Then FSU.
No easy game.

Is there a way where we are not locked in to play Duke or UNC??

Pray for NC Sate...don't want Duke they are not a good matchup and playing well now.
I'd take Fla State in our second game. Win that one and no doubt we are in right?

Lunardi and Kiper both happened to get in on the whole world wide web thing early and ever since are therefore considered "experts" even though every season they are proven wrong. what a gig. i'm just glad they don't run my retirement accounts. i'd be living in a stack of old tires. doofuses.

If you don’t think the committee wants us vs UConn for the play in spot you’re crazy

Not clear to me how uconn is in as of now. They beat USC, and Xavier (is that even impressive)? That is it. Literally zero else. Resume is hollow...

Hollow or not, they're 34 in the NET rankings. Good enough to be in.

Minimal schedule, like Colgate, who is only 11-1, but 9 in the NET rankings.

so you think all the bubble teams have better Resumes?

NET: 55
Record: 15-8 (Overall)/9-7 (Conference)
Q1: 1-6
Q2: 3-1
Q2: 7-1
Q4: 3-0

Take away the name and looking at the numbers, does that look like a team that's solidly in?

They are beating the Hall tonight on the road. Another Q1 win for them.

nope but what of the other bubble teams says they are in? 4-7 against good teams what have MSU/Ind/SMU/Boise etc done

Michigan State beat Ohio State and Illinois both of whom are in the Top 10 with two chances to get another top 10 win against Michigan. They're 14-10, but they beat Duke who SU lost to and play in what's the toughest league this year.

Great for MSU they beat Duke early if the lose to Mich they will be 8-12 and 14-12 over all with 3 quality wins vs our 4.. Give us 4 more shots at top 40 teams with 3 at home and I think we win 1-2 more too..

B10 is good because they beat a down ACC team in the first 2 weeks? Have you watched them play ? after Mich and ILL when the play well the rest is ehh..

Wisc has the Lou win we didnt get a shot at. they will end up 1-8 vs teams going bowling.. Does that make you good?

13-11 Seton Hall is Q1? Look at their resume, it is devoid of anything. Beating SH is irrelevant. Or should be at least.

They are top 75 net. So easily Q1 for UConn.
The quadrants are all about numbers. A win on the road over a team whose net ranking is 1-75 is Q1.
