Just because the season went downhill and a lot of the benchmark goals this team had probably set at the beginning of the season aren't realistically attainable anymore. I'm sure the evaluations and level of effort expected hasn't changed at all. Why do I believe in Fran Brown, I see the overall body of work that he is doing for this program, outside of game results. Dealing with a situation like this is a test of the culture he has implemented and who in the program continues to work hard and control what they can control. Players and staff included.
