We finished with four sacks and six tackles for loss, two fumble recoveries and an interception not bad against the # 3 ranked team with super human O and D lines some reportedly going to the NFL. How do you compete with them? But we did. If not for a late melt down and key penalties when we were beginning drives that would lead to a score.
Dungey ran for 2 TD's and was 26-41 for 250 and 1 INT. Eventually both teams wore down but especially our D permitting Etienne to run for first's at will.
Who among you thought time management was an issue, having time outs left to give the D a breather, maybe changing the outcome or not. I feel the first 3 quarters were ours and it was our game to lose.
A note: UCF 45 – Pitt 14. I don't think Pitt is in our league. I think we'll be emotionally and physically ready to beat them. Dino will make sure of that and this team is on a annihilation mission game by game. Their losses are below. Wins v Albany and G.Tech who are not exactly powerhouses this year. GOSU
