As to your second point no one wants to see Marrone fail. Most just think he is a below average coach with poor people skills and a big ego and thin skin. I'm a Bills fan for life I was hoping he would get to the playoffs. But he gave us the most boring offense I have seen in a while and he showed the same limitations he did at Syracuse proving he doesn't learn from his mistakes. I was ok with him staying but he made his own bed, so goodbye. I never want his brand of boring football near a team I care about again. I think he deserves everything that happens to him professionally.
