However the guy loves to coach and he's still young.  Obviously many here debate how good he is and his best record in college is 8-5 and 9-7 in the NFL - nothing earth shattering.  He probably thought that it was good enough to land the next job but he became too toxic of a candidate plus NFL owners are a tight knit group.  Marrone probably underestimated the owner reaction to him "leaving a job" versus an owner maintaining control of "firing a HC" for poor performance like sexy rexy.

I do find it would be harder for me if I were an assistant coach to go with a HC like Marrone since he left like he did leaving me unemployed while he gets a cool $4 million.  I think he may have lost a lot of credibility not only with NFL owners who like and are in charge versus head coaches who think they are.  Doug's ego got the best of him but I understand why he has gone the OC route and try to rebuild his credibility - all in all Doug has a lot to rebuild and prove.

And sexy rexy to the Bills - poor Bills fans - another 4-5 years of not making the playoffs.  No way can or will I be a SU fan and Bills fan - I would have to take medicine if I were a fan of both since they seem to follow the same path of success & failure.  Ouch.
