One of Rex's comments in the presser was in response to the question what has he learned for coaching the 2nd time around and he replied he'd do things his way this time around.  St. Doug might be all the negative things said about him- but if he's willing to walk away from the 31st best job in the NFL in order to do things his way or no way at all- I respect that.
