I also think the 4 ticket cutoff to getting 2 spots is too low and the push to get people to but multiples when they had 5 tickets is the far bigger issue. As well as losing spots with construction and such on campus. The rush to help people with 5+ tickets was at the expense of all the people with 4 or less. I think it hurt far more than it helped.
