Need some help you guys!

So, the backstory here is we recently got an email blast in my office letting everyone know that the onsite storage was being cleared out and we were welcome to look through the items and anything we wanted we could keep. Well, I came across this gem and couldn't pass it up.

Well today is my son's 9th birthday and I've decided, as part of the ongoing effort to indoctrinate my young lads in Cuse fandom, I'm going to gift it to him.

The trouble is I don't recognize or can't make out any of the autographs. I was hoping you guys can help me make some of them out. Some background and history on the player would be helpful as well.

I actually remember the day these were given out. It was at a basketball game behind the blue curtain prior to tip off. I remember looking for McNabb but either he was with the basketball team or maybe senior bowl prep. Wish I had any memory of where mine ended up all these years later.

I recognized it as his sig. I have it on my Gator Bowl jersey. Also, I am like 100% sure he graduated with McNabb in 1998

Ok. I trust you that it is his sig. However he exhausted his eligibility after the '97 season. He and Tebucky Jones were first round picks in the subsequent draft. So, unless you are saying he came back to finish his degree afterward, that part is wrong.
