Marrone must owe his career to Paul Hackett or something because Nathanial Hackett has done NOTHING in recruiting and has been the play caller for the most conservative offense not including Georgia Tech in the entire BCS.

That's fair except then what's the excuse for losing Rob Kugler to Purdue two years ago?

I wouldn't even care but Hackett was supposed to have some great relationship with Kugler senior from their time together in Buffalo. Someone wake me up when Hackett produces on the recruiting side of things.

I don't think with Hackett's duties as OC/QB/TE coach that he is recruiting as hard or spends as MUCH time recruiting as others, just a point

Probably true but then that's just another bad decision when it comes to the recruiting side of things. How could a school like Syracuse afford to have 1 assistant not recruit as hard or not spend as much time at it. If that's really the case then I'm speechless.
