Maybe the University can blame global warming or climate change and say that fear of freakish large snowstorms is forcing the replacement of this vulnerable and dangerous facility. Run the dome collapse footage with some forlorn polar bear and cubs and bam, serve Exxon with a 2 billion dollar lawsuit and settle for 700 million. Hello new stadium.
