Starting with the class entering school in the fall of 2013, each school will be permitted to award no more than the equivalent of 15 athletic financial aid awards each year to incoming football student-athletes, including transfer student-athletes. The total amount of all countable financial aid awarded to all football student-athletes may not exceed 60 equivalencies in any year.

That would include Georgetown since they play football in the Patriot League ... unless, of course, they decide to opt out and go back to their Siena, St Peters, Canisius tradition.

Maybe they are prepping Georgetown for their eventual inclusion into BE football.

If Georgetown is being prepped for the Big East the Hoyas are going to have to either bring average atendance up about 25,000 per game or the Big East is going to have to go FCS. I'm not sure which is more likely to happen first.

15k average is needed to be an FBS team.

I wouldn't mind scheduling Colgate more often. It's a nice look back into the past. Plus, I'm sure their fans would travel better than any other FCS team visiting the Dome.
