Paul Johnson Explain's his triple option

Here's a short youtube video of Paul Johnson explaining his triple option. I know that we're all family with our triple option/freeze option, but it's been a while. We could all use the brush up. I'm not sure when the last time we played an option team was, but I hope our D can get prepared in a few short days, because we have 6 games to win 3! Lets pump out the next 3 - GT, WF and Maryland - you're going down!

Our front 7 is the strength of our defense. We're big and strong along the front, with depth, and out LBs are mobile and athletic. If the coaches prepare them, I'm confident we'll handle the GT option.

I hope so. Our D line is very up and down, they seem to be getting better, but I hope they're ready to be the stars next weekend.

A good triple option is so much fun to watch. I hope I watch a bad triple option this saturday.
