It's hard to know what P may have done. He had experience as a coordinator and HC at a small school level but only as a position coach at D1. Maybe he looks for his chance to be a DC somewhere else or waits for the opportunity at SU as he keeps trying to climb the ladder. Looking back, it's kinda remarkable he got the SU HC job. You probably won't see someone with the resume he had get a shot at a major HC job today. Could you imagine if Dino had that resume when he was hired?
