I think he's very good at the NFL coordinator level (defense). Getting him at position coach is a steal.

He's been great as a position coach where his task master style is perfect. I was never sure if a coordinator position suited his style as well. I know he was fired as the Dolphins DC but don't know a lot about the situation. Was that a scape goat move?
