So these stats show that Dino sees to run a pretty undisciplined program.  I'm not sure you can explain it away by saying he leads an aggressive program or bad luck.  However even more indicting of Babers are the stats of these programs in the year before he took over.

In 2013, the year before Dino took over Bowling Green they ranked 38th in the country with an average of 5.1 penalties per game.  In one year the team jumped 3.0 penalties per game and dropped towards the bottom of football.

In 2015, the year before Dino brought his offensive genius to SU, the Cuse ranked 40th in the country with 5.5 penalties per game. Once again nearly a 3 penalty per game increase.

When you don't overwhelm with talent you have to win the other battles.  This is another area we are not winning.
