Looking back on the season, it‘s safe to say McCord is the reason we won ten games. I’m not sure how good we would be without him. Nixon also gets a ton of credit. Let’s see if we are a program or just a hot quarterback.  Fran can recruit, but remember Wax, Bannon, Clarke, Gadsden, Peña  and others were Dino’s recruits. We need to see what Fran recruits will become our next stars.  To be good next year, Fran has to get some players from the portal.  There’s too many holes on defense to rely on what’s already here.  I’m optimistic about the program, but this team without Kyle makes me really nervous especially with next years schedule.
