If Dungey is on the field our offense looks legit and you gotta tip your cap to Lester and by extension Scott Shafer.
Obviously the 2nd half is a mulligan yesterday and we have other problems on defense stopping the pass. However if you have been critical of Lester you need to own you were wrong. I was 100% wrong on him with a legit QB which Dungey is and as long as Dungey is out the offense gets a free pass from me.
Good job Lester the offense with Dungey looks a solid to potentially really good college offense.

When you are wrong you gotta own it and on the offense's potential I was wrong. I hope all critics of the offense before the season can admit they were wrong and give credit to the offensive coaches for coming up with something that can work. I really hope Dungey can get healthy and not have to miss any games but if he out next week and gets the bye week to get healthy for USF that wouldn't be the end of the world.

If I don't admit when I am wrong then I wouldn't be a fan of the team. I want the team to win. I don't care what anyone thinks me or let that effect what I believe. I was wrong on Lester's ability to coach an effective college offense. I have to own that. If people want to blast me I don't care. Most fans don't want to be objective and I get that on this one I wasn't right. I hope we go 12-0 every year.

I happen to like lester, but the million dollar question is how much of our improvement is Lester and how much is Dungey? Based on our inability to get a 1st down the whole 2nd half with our backups, is the coaching there really so much better? Theoretically, does Dungey make our offense look good last year?

How good is the Pats offense without Brady? Nobody really knows, but you get the point.

the 4th quarter was just about survival. the 3 quarter was only 6 plays. had the D stopped a few 3rd and long plays the offense might have been ok, even the INT was a good play just a bit off

It's almost as if they had an entire team of NFL caliber players to pick up the slack or something.

Well, if you're in the NFL, I would hope you're an "NFL caliber" player.
