Deron Rippey Jr., a fast-rising 2026 point guard, has been offered by Syracuse, his dad told me not too long ago. Rippey plays at the Blair Academy in NJ (former home of Kyle Cuffe) and for the NYC-based New Heights Lightning on the EYBL circuit.

Wrote about that yesterday! I talked to Deron's dad a couple of times in recent days. High interest in SU. His dad played hoops growing up against the late Conrad McRae, RIP.
