It places far too much work on a group that does a good job. The community is active on all boards and you need more people to help. I am on several academic boards with a smaller community and more "staff". Having folks who moderate each sub community can help with the differences in the community as well. At the end of the day sometimes a community is just too big to moderate and needs to be more segmented or needs more help. [/QUOTE]
