Really, Red needs to recruit for something. I also suggest the 2-3 zone because it is something Red was part of watching JB teach for so many years.  Instead of falling back on his own knowledge, he can tap into what he remembered being taught.  But use the knowledge that he and his staff have to work on having the team prepared to go M2M every once in a while to mix things up if the other team is starting to solve it.  Being original is great... not getting fired is probably better though.  His choice.
