Kevin Stallings already has 6 three-star commits for the 2017 class and the rumor is that he wants to add one or two more recruits still. Once Pitt added that 6th commit, it pushed them over the scholarship limit and it was only a matter of time until someone transferred. I was thinking it could be Damon Wilson or Corey Manigault, but I guess Justice Kithcart made the decision for them.
