Pitt game time...Noon

Game time is Noon on ESPNU.
As someone who gets to one game a year I was hoping for more tailgate time.
I never have time to get to Fine lot.
What time do you start?
Once again I have to go in way early as we are doing the tunnel for the team.
I also have the donor tailgate I was hoping to hit up.

You're right. The Ensley Athletic Center/statue unveiling is scheduled for 9:30 AM. That will almost guarantee a 7:30 or 8PM kick-off for the game--only about 10 or so hours to kill between events.

I have a good reason to be disappointed. I only get there once a year, and have all of these obligations, and want to come to the tailgate. A later start would have let me do all of that. Now I will be trying to squeeze everything in, running up and down the hills across the quad to try to see everyone. And then all of the alum at homecoming will head out on Saturday at 4pm and I will be all alone on campus.

I was saying death, taxes and Pitt game at noon. Just the way it always ends up.

I feel your pain. I go to one game a year and can't wait until the TV decision before my commitment to go. And inevitably, it ends up being a nooner.

Well that clinches it. Niece's wedding in Oswego at 1. Means I'll miss my 6th home game since 1974.

It's BS. So is all the talk about having to win. It's been rumored Pitt was at noon before we even lost to USF. Since when are SU-USF and SU-Uva such must see games that both were at 330? Oh yea, they were road games. In the Dome? Auto noon.

Well I will be at Fine lot at 8 or 8:30. Probably will have to leave around 10 to go to the other University tailgate I need to go to. If I have a field pass for the game it might buy me some extra time as I will be able to go down to the field on my own and not have to go in extra early with the club presidents. Could buy me an extra 20 minutes which will be huge. I may have one as part of winning I'm IN, but I will believe it when I see it.
