Been checking there to see if anything comes up about Pitt getting out now that WVU has bought their way out.

Wow, what a clusterf***. The whole board is just Pitt and WV fans going back and forth about lack of attendance, grammar, and hillbilly-ness... in every thread.

I spend more time on your board that the main Pitt boards (Rivals and Scout) for this reason. There is a new Pitt 247 site, but it is slow and in its infancy.

You guys ought to band together and sub out the board work to our crew. They've done a great job and run a tight ship. I think Kim Jong Bees is available to moderate, and I think Tomcat can be bought for the right amount of premium ginger ale, but whatever you do, word on the boards is don't trust Fishy.

No need. I showered recently. I like the Stillers, but I am not a die hard so saying they suck doesn't bother me.

So Prez, give us your take and Pitt's view in general on both what should happen, and what actually will happen with the ACC...

In my humble opinion, Pitt should stay in the Big East until the Big East gets back to at least 8 teams. I don't see Pitt paying a WVU-like settlement to go in 2012, but I think 2013 is the year both Pitt and Cuse are playing in the ACC. I would love for it to be next year, but I don't see that happening. in '13, most of the new schools will be in the conference, so there is no need for Pitt and Syracuse to hang around, especially since the Big East does not plan on a BECG until '15.

At least when we get to the ACC we'll have reasons to hate the other team almost every game we play. I've created a split personality and can't trust myself anymore after trying to pump myself up and pretend that Cincy, UConn, and L'Ville are big rivalry games.

It was not easy. I am looking forward to the ACC and was hoping Pitt and SU would bolt like WVU but it does not seem like it is going to happen.
