one of the big plays was after the WMU first score we had  this 2nd and 5. I have to believe the coaches have some reason to run this play and not check out of it. or at least slow play it so that  the entire WMU D is sitting where  Adams wants to go. Since both WR missed their blocks as well it was almost a 1 on 5 play as he would have gotten to the corner.

the WR were not running routs to clear the wide side so I dont know why they would expect this play to ever work as nothing is going to pull the DE or the OLB in  this coverage.  Now if he 3 WR had actually run routs then you could throw the swing pass  to a 1-1 spot and perhaps a big gain..  With the DE slanted to the wide side and LB behind it very hard to see this play every working even if the WR made blocks.  now if Tommy were to slow play it abit and you were pulling the LT/LG maybe you could make this play work.
