Apparently Oregon received an allotment of only 500 student tickets for their game at the Rose bowl vs Fl St. What a joke! The stadium holds ~90,000.

Didn't the SU students get more tickets for the 1996 Final Four? That was the last one played in a traditional basketball arena which held maybe 20K.
