Maverik Division I Media Poll: Penn State's Ascent
The votes are in for the third in-season Maverik Media Poll, and once again Maryland and Denver are tied atop the rankings.
Thanks to their 13-5 win over North Carolina, Johns Hopkins rose to No. 3 and received five first-place votes, while the Tar Heels feel to No. 7.
Penn State's notable rise from No. 10 to No. 5 is the storyline of the week as four teams ranked in the Top 10 suffered setbacks.
