Media Poll: Terps On Top; Stanford, BC Rise
No. 1 Maryland leads the way into this week’s Media Poll, as the undefeated Terrapins improved to 6-0 on Saturday in Gainesville. No. 2 Florida, No. 3 North Carolina, No. 4 Notre Dame and No. 5 Louisville follow to round out the top five.
Undefeated at 7-0, No. 7 USC is the lone remaining undefeated team in the top 20 ranks outside of the reigning national champions. MPSF foe and fellow California power, No. 8 Stanford, follows the Trjoans.
No. 10 Boston College enters the top ten after handing Syracuse a 13-8 decision.
UMass and Towson are both tied for 19th to close the top 20 ranks.
