The Boston College Eagles are No. 1 once again and the North Carolina Tar Heels follow in the ILWomen/IWLCA Division I Poll for Week 5. These two teams will clash on Sunday in one of the most highly anticipated matchups of the regular season.

Syracuse, Maryland and Northwestern stayed put in their positions from the week prior, all tallying wins this week, while Denver moved into the ninth spot. This marks the first time the Pioneers cracked the Top 10 this year, coming off a big victory against Michigan.

No. 17 Navy jumped eight spots after their second straight ranked win, downing Johns Hopkins in a thrilling overtime game.
