Notre Dame is the new top dog. The Irish are 3-0 and [URL='http://www.insidelacrosse.com/article/photos-analysis-highlights-notre-dame-takes-down-no-1-maryland-in-defensive-slugfest/48573']upended Maryland, 5-4,[/URL] on Saturday. The Irish received every first-place vote. Behind them is Maryland following the narrow loss.

Penn State continues its rise, moving up two spots to No. 3 [URL='http://www.insidelacrosse.com/article/photos-highlights-penn-state-comes-back-to-beat-penn-remain-unbeaten/48574']following its win against Penn. [/URL]The Nittany Lions are one of eight undefeated teams.

Also unbeaten is Rutgers, which is into the Top 10 at No. 8. The Scarlet Knights beat Brown on Saturday and have a key tilt with unbeaten Stony Brook on Friday.

Princeton is the lone new team into the Top 20, coming in at No. 19 after beating Johns Hopkins on Friday afternoon. Ivy League foe Yale had the biggest drop, going from No. 6 to 20.
