Northwestern stayed locked in the No. 1 spot while the rest of the Top 5 had some significant movement in the wake of the ACC Tournament results.

Boston College topped North Carolina, 11-9, in the championship game on Sunday afternoon, as the Eagles won the program’s first ACC Championship title.

Syracuse fell to North Carolina in the ACC Semifinals, dropping to No. 4 as a result while Denver — which won the Big East regular season — dropped two spots to No. 5 — by no fault of its own.

RankTeamPoints (FPV)
1Northwestern (15 - 1)423 (15)
2Boston College (16 - 3)409 (2)
3North Carolina (14 - 4)375
4Syracuse (16 - 2)371
5Denver (17 - 0)369

Of the top 6, NW & BC are really streaking now.
Denver and James Madison are relatively untested, but have played well.
Despite losing in the ACC championship, UNC is playing well.
Its really only Syracuse that is struggling.

  4. Syracuse lost to BC by 1, UNC by 6 (a couple days ago).
  5. Denver has no losses, and seemingly little respect.
  6. James Madison lost to UNC by 5 (3 months ago).
