After back-to-back Big Ten wins toppling Maryland then Johns Hopkins, the Wolverines are up to No. 13 in the Week 8 poll. UMass is another team who proved it this week, going from unranked to No. 16 after beating Saint Joseph’s. Cornell is still the top dog, and the Big Red handled Penn with ease. Maryland bounced back to stay at No. 2, and Ohio State took care of Rutgers. Princeton beat a Dartmouth team that continues to prove itself. Notre Dame is back in the Top 5, doubling up Duke this weekend. Army earned its signature win, beating North Carolina, 13-12, and the Black Knights moved up to No. 6 with an 8-1 record.
