The 11am start was a concern... Sure enough, we came out flat. Our effort pretty much sucked.

We better bring it out of the gate or this will be a What loss.

Perfect Rx for a bad road loss. Come out with no intensity. Nova amped to the max. They made all the hustle plays and got all the 50-50 balls for the first 15 minutes. We finally showed some energy the last 5 minutes of the half. If we don't come out smoking the first 5 minutes of the 2nd half it won't happen. The snowball will build momentum against us.

I didn't like a lot of what I saw in terms of pouting and being lazy getting back on D after turnovers and missed shots. When you're playing this sloppily on offense, you at least have to be all in on defense. Can't afford to think about misses or turnovers when the offense isn't clicking. Get back on D, force turnovers, turn them into easy buckets and get into the flow that way.
