Post Touchdown Dome Lighting

forgive me if already mentioned...

after Cuse touchdowns, the lighting in the dome went darker with almost an orange hue. At first I thought my my was acting up...I kind of dig it

Lighting system is a HUGE upgrade. Dome roof looked better than in the photos earlier this week. But it will be a while before I get used to it.

So many cool options with the new lights and video screen

We better come up with a bad ass intro that rivals others in college football with our new “toys”

Some have suggested a train to represent the “Express” but whatever it is we now have lots at our disposal to make it sweet

We’ve done the express train in recent years. I liked it personally.

It looked great, but we need 3rd down music from this century... after a few decades change might be a good thing

Above all else, the immediate fake reactions of what real fans would do was the best of any NFL/NCAA game I have seen this season.

Maybe. VPI's entrance is to music that's nearly 30 years old and considered one of the best. Classic can work. I'd be good with some variety.
Agreed... it just seems dated. And I should know since I am dated.

I was watching one game, I can't remember if it was college or pro, where they said the artifical sound was part of the broadcast but not actually being played in the stadium. I wonder how different that makes it.

I meant of the lights.

The article about the Dome improvements in the P-S this morning says that one of the players has posted a Dome light show on his Instagram. One that didn't get displayed at the game. Don't know which player, though. Maybe someone else does.

It must have been piped into the stadium, Dino couldn't even hear the questions in the halftime interview. The reporter was shouting at him, even after she took off her mask.

Just had dinner with friend of wife's and her husband who, it turns out, is the CFO of the company that did the install.
All kinds of supplier issues, but the University was hands on and the deadline never waivered.
Company is very proud of the outcome.
