Getting to bowl games, getting the program winning again is the most important thing. More important than fannies in seats, more important than money in the bank. Once you establish the program as a winner, the attendance will increase as a result and the money you invested early to start winning will be returned to you tenfold. UB is special in that because they are so close, they might well take less money to play in the Dome, as they only have to bus to Syracuse and back.
