Syracuse football TE Kendall Moore suffers concussion; WR Brisly Estime reaggravates ankle sprain (PS: Bailey)

East Rutherford, N.J. — Syracuse sophomore tight end Kendall Moore suffered a concussion during the fourth quarter of the Orange's 31-15 loss to No. 8 Notre Dame on Saturday night, SU head coach Scott Shafer said in his postgame press conference.

Moore was carted off the field with 8:09 remaining in the game.

"Kendall Moore is fine," Shafer said. "Pretty good concussion, but he's fine relatively speaking."

Syracuse sophomore wide receiver Brisly Estime reaggravated an ankle sprain later in the fourth quarter, offensive coordinator George McDonald said. Estime initially injured the ankle late in preseason camp and was limited early in the season as a result. It's unclear how serious the reaggrevation was, McDonald said.

McDonald added that redshirt junior right tackle Ivan Foy suffered a knee injury in the second quarter. Foy was helped off the fieldafter having his leg rolled up on by a Notre Dame defensive player...
