VT. Cannot stand them. I am probably irrationally irritated.

Had a shot with about 5’ to go and had a couple of poor possessions in a row. Absolute nightmare after that.

Frank was awesome. Great work on the boards.

Buddy got going early second half but when it doesn’t work out bad things often happen as a result. Too many negative possessions with that strategy.

Joe played pretty well. Wish we got Cole some more looks. Jimmy made 2 threes early then didn’t do much at all.

Not worth commenting on the bench.

We battled, but not enough.

By the way… officiating was all over. And that mid game interview was absolutely ridiculous.

Season was hanging by a thread all year and the Edwards injury pushed it over the edge. This loss is no surprise. I’m just hoping they somehow find a way to win 4 more games to finish with a winning season. But realistically they may struggle to win one more game.

Not enough imo. I was shocked he had 12 attempts. Need to look for him more when he has the size advantage which he often will.

Yep. It seems like there have been a few late-game situations where the jump shooters could barely draw iron, if that.

Frank was outstanding! Makes one wonder why JB played center earlier in the season when Jesse was in foul trouble. JB is a total liability on the court most games but I don’t see a better answer. Team just wore out late in the game. As usual with no subs.

Frank had 15 rebounds and is fairly efficient attacking beneath the basket.

You can’t say we lost this game, imo, mainly because of Jesse’s absence.

This game was another, of many, lost due to nagging underlying issues

I appreciate Buddy.
However I don’t want to run it back witb him.
I want us to get a PG and slide Joe to the 2 guard.
If Buddy came back he would get the most shots still and we would have to play Joe at PG.

I am convinced that Frank should have been starting all along over Jimmy - before Jesse was hurt - it is even more glaring now. Wow, what a game he played tonight. The lone bright star tonight

We can’t win any game only scoring 59 points. Losing Jessie is going to cost us 10-15 points a game because he opens things up for everyone else. Jimmy was pretty bad in the second half. Benny has now missed his last 13 shots. We had a great chance when the game was tied at 54 and had the ball. If we score there I think we win. We were on a good roll and took the crowd out of the game. Buddy has to realize smart players should always come from the blind side. He plays with blinders on way too much.
